On the map...

I picked up some old maps at Kept Creations and thought, now wouldn't these make a nice card?  So I set to work and it was just one of those cards that put itself together.  Why can't that happen all the time?  If I needed to create a card for a class, I'd be agonizing over it and making things just perfect.  A little OCD maybe?  LOL!  Well here's the result and I just thought I'd share.

I used Distress Inks to "weather" the map a bit and tore the edges.  I made the roses using an MFT die and 3 different Distress brown inks.  The leaves were also colored using Distress ink.  I just finished it off by curling some of the edges to add to the "used" look.

Hope you like it and feel free to leave comments.  I always love hearing from you.

Ciao for now!

Ciao Bella!

Did I say GORGEOUS? The flowers look so pretty done in the "map" theme. It was nice of you to think of me while you made this card. I miss you, too, OO (smile) LOL hugs, de
